Audelix LLC is an e-commerce and wholesale purchasing company. This website presents our business and provides an inquiry form and direct contact details. It has no shopping cart, payment processing or order acceptance. Contacting us does not place an order, create a partnership, grant authorization, or bind either party to supply or buy goods.
Business arrangements
Prices, stock, delivery, payment, permitted channels, returns, warranties and other transaction terms must be provided in the relevant sales channel or agreed contract before a transaction. No minimum purchase, exclusivity, distribution right or brand affiliation is granted by this website.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not send malicious code, spam, unlawful content, confidential third-party material or sensitive personal data. Do not disrupt the website or impersonate another person or company. You may browse without consenting to marketing.
Content and intellectual property
Website branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Use beyond ordinary browsing or legally permitted use requires the appropriate permission.
