You can contact Audelix about your information regardless of where you live. Additional enforceable rights depend on the law that applies to you and our processing.
How to make a request
Email info@audelix.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to Audelix LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #26214, Miami, FL 33137, United States. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and how we can locate your correspondence. No account is required. For questions call +1 (305) 427-6141 (not a toll-free number).
US state rights, when applicable
Depending on your state, rights may include access and a portable copy, correction, deletion, and opting out of sale, targeted advertising or profiling used for significant decisions. California law also provides rights concerning sale/sharing, certain sensitive-information uses and nondiscrimination. The website does not sell contact data or share it for cross-context advertising, and includes no targeted advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
We will review requests under applicable law and explain any permitted denial or extension. Verification must be proportionate to the request; an agent may be asked to establish authority. Do not email passwords or ID documents unsolicited. Opt-out signals do not require identity verification merely to stop advertising sharing.
Appeals and complaints
If we decline your request, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the reason you seek review. We will explain the decision and follow the applicable response period. You may contact your state attorney general or relevant privacy regulator, including the California Privacy Protection Agency, without first contacting us. Exercising a protected right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Applicability
CCPA and other state privacy laws have differing thresholds and exceptions; B2B status is not a universal exemption. This website does not claim that Audelix meets every threshold or that all state laws confer identical rights. California-specific business disclosures, including historic processing categories, must reflect actual company operations; this website's privacy notice describes browsing, the inquiry form and direct correspondence.
Browser preferences
No sale/sharing or advertising tracking is enabled by this website, whether or not Global Privacy Control is present. Do Not Track does not change that behavior. See the Cookie Policy. To withdraw consent to further inquiry contact, use the request address above; necessary records may still be retained on another lawful basis.
