Customer support
For an existing purchase, contact the selling channel or info@audelix.com with the channel and order reference. Do not send a card number, password or identity document. The Miami mailing address is not automatically a merchandise return address; obtain return instructions before shipping goods.
US customers
Where the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, sellers need a reasonable basis for the promised shipping time, or generally 30 days if none is stated, and must follow the rule's delay-consent or refund requirements.
