These principles describe Audelix LLC's approach to brand relationships. They do not create a supplier agreement or assert authorized status for any particular brand.
Lawful MAP policies
We respect applicable, lawful Minimum Advertised Price policies communicated by brands and suppliers. MAP concerns advertised prices and is distinct from the actual transaction price. We assess each policy against applicable competition law and contractual obligations. Nothing here is a commitment to unlawful resale price maintenance.
Independent pricing
Audelix makes independent pricing decisions. We do not coordinate prices, margins, customers or markets with competing retailers. Responsible brand presentation and long-term relationships guide our approach; a supplier policy cannot override competition law. Any specific pricing restriction requires separate review, including relevant US state law and the law of the market concerned.
Permitted channels
We use sales channels permitted by the relevant lawful brand or supplier agreement. Where authorization is required, it must be established before channel expansion. We do not claim official, exclusive or authorized status without a factual basis.
Listings and onward distribution
We do not join or alter brand listings without appropriate rights or permissions, or misrepresent product origin or brand affiliation. Agreed, lawful limits on supplying other resellers are respected. This is distinct from ordinary sales to end customers through permitted e-commerce channels.
